The day I saved Emily - By Veronica
Learning Intention: we are learning to write a recount.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write my story in order, use capital letters and full stops correctly.
Last Wednesday I went down by the river. I was fishing with my dad. Then we heard a loud scream. A little girl name Emily was in the cold water. She was shouting for help and also Emily's mum was shouting for help.
My dad and I went and get a long stick and pulled her out of the cold water. After that Emily's mum said, ''thank you for saving my daughter". We said ''your welcome ".Then we all went home.
