History:Flame the torch The ancient Greeks believed that fire was given to the humankind by" Prometheus"and considered to have a scared qualities.Mirrors were used to focus the sun rays to ignite flames that would burn perpetually in front of the Greek temples.The Olympic flame began in 1936 in Berlin games.3,330 runners brought the torch with flames.

The 1992 summer Olympics torch relay was run from May 7 until July 28 prior to the 1992 summer Olympics in Barcelona. The route covered around 59,400 kilometres (36,400 mi) and  involved over 9,484 torch bearers.

School uniform is important because if we wear a complete school uniform we look smart. It will make us look clean and tidy.School uniform are important because people will identify which school we go to. 

To maintain balance and order among the students we have to wear uniform. School uniform help eliminate bullying due to the fact that everyone is dressed the same.School uniform is part of the school rules.

                    How do cats show their feelings?

Success Criteria:I know I can do this when I can write a question in the heading, an introduction to tell about the topic and series of points telling how and why.

Cats have many different ways of showing their feelings.

When cats are happy, they roll over to get their tummy tickled and they kiss you.
Cats purrs when they are happy and they go to sleep.  

Cats are frightened when we put water on them or we shower them.
 When cats are frightened they climb up the tree. 

When cats are angry they scratch you ,they show their feelings by hissing  when we tease them.

Cats are the cutest pet in the world.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-to measure how far we could jump'' the'' plank using centimetres.
Success Criteria:I can do this when I measured the distance of how far I could jump the plank.

Our group jump the'' plank'' and measured how far each one of us has jumped.We use the chair as our plank and we started the measurement from the foot of the chair to back of our  heel where we landed from our jump.This are the result.
1. Me-101 cm.
2. Angelina-102 cm.
3. Kena- 56 cm.
4. George-118 cm.
5.Oliver-106 cm.
6. Harley-35 cm.
George jumped the farthest. Second was Oliver,
Third  farthest jumper is Angelina.
I'm the  fourth,Kena is the fifth
 Harley has the shortest jump.

Steps:

1.Place a white paper on the floor.
2.Cut out another paper into small pieces. 
3.Find a plastic comb.
4.Rub the comp on your hair for a long time.

5.Put the comb on to a small paper.
6.If the small pieces of paper stuck into the comb your experiment is successful.
  

How to play Hop scotch

                         Hopscotch

Success Criteria:I can do this when I write instruction in order how to play hop scotch.

Steps: 1. Line up in front of the hop scotch.
2.Throw the stone on the number square.
3.Hop on the number square closer to the stone.
4.Pick up the stone. 
5.Jump over the number square that have no stone on it.
6.Keep hopping up to the end.
7.Turn around and hop back to the start.
8. Next person will get a turn and they need to do the same thing.

Success Criteria:I know I can do this when I can write an instructions in order how to plant a seed. 

Materials:Yoghurt pots,sheep fertilizer,watering cans,seed soil,water.

Steps:

1.Punch holes in the yoghurt container.

2.Write your name on a sticky paper then stick it on our yoghurt pots.

3. Put soil in the yoghurt pots.

5. Make a hole in the soil using your  pinky finger.

6. Place the seed in the hole with the smiley mouth facing up.

7.Then cover your seed with soil.

I know that fire is very dangerous to touch. When our house is on fire we can not get out . But there is someone who can help us,  a fire fighter. When we call the fire fighter they will come and help us to get out of the house. They  also respond to emergency situations.Fire men are the best hero because they save people from fire.

I would like to say thank you and to all the chefs for making healthy lunch for St.Patrick's School children. I like the yummy sandwich that has cucumber,crunchy celery,tasty mayonnaise,and tasty chicken.
I like the fruit salad because it has yoghurt,plum,pineapple, kiwifruit,and a juicy grapes.What I really like is the oat cookie because I like the chocolate and honey .

Steps how to grow a carrot tree:

1.Cut the carrot top.

2.Put the carrot on a small container.

3.Put some water on the container.

4.Put the container with carrot top on the window sill where the sun shines.

5.Watch it grow.
